About me
I am a Ph.D. student in theoretical physics at the University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign, working at the intersection of quantum information theory, operator algebras, and open quantum systems under the supervision of Professor Marius Junge. My research focuses on functional inequalities for quantum Markov semigroups and the stability of dissipative quantum dynamics, with connections to quantum computation.
Previously, I studied mathematics at Peterhouse, University of Cambridge, supported by the Jardine Scholarship, completing the Mathematical Tripos and Part III (Master of Mathematics) with Distinction and ranking in the top 3% of my cohort.
Outside of research, I enjoy dancing, skiing, hiking, and playing tennis.
